following resolution and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies                                                          
to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:

         NO. 6(JUD) am H Urging the United States Congress                                                                      
         not to relinquish to the office of the President of the                                                                
         United States the legislative duty to safeguard one of                                                                 
         our most fundamental rights; and urging the President                                                                  
         of the United States to refrain from any further efforts
